Toma Tomoe is a fan-made character and never appears officially in the Sailor Moon anime or manga. He was created for roleplay purposes and this page is a fictional biography that recounts many of his adventures during his sessions with various roleplay encounters in IMVU and other places.

How does he/she dress? He is always dressed in a business suit of some sort. Very rarely is he seen in public wearing anything else.
Bio: Toma Tomoe is the older brother of Hotaru Tomoe. He obtained strange and dangerous powers from the same lab accident that killed his sister, Hotaru. He was left in a stasis to heal from the wounds that the lab accident. While the physical wounds healed, the powers that he obtained from the accident was causing his brain to shut down. The stasis was meant keep him in suspended animation until the super computer his father built found a way to cure his condition. After Pharaoh 90's defeat, Toma awakened, having been conscious the entire time due to his condition and claimed the property, deed, and fortune left to him by his father. During the time of the Dead Moon Circus and Galaxy TV eras, Toma opens Tomoe Industries for two purposes: 1) For Hotaru to inherit his family fortune 2) To use the top students to research a cure for his otherwise terminal condition. While his father's super computer was able to extend his life expectancy, it was not able to find a definitive cure and he knew his time on this planet was short.
He's mostly cold and alone and doesn't show much signs of warmth or affection to anyone except for his sister. Because of this, he's more focused with his work and rarely makes public appearance unless his company is working on a new promotion that calls for him to be there. He rebuilds and reopens Infinity Academy as a legitimate, elite private school (for Hotaru's education and using their research facility to find a cure for his headaches before his death.) Unlike his father, however, he does not possess any aspirations in the field of science (Since his father had been exiled from the Scientific Community, success would've been next to impossible) but his psychic powers give him quite an edge in negotiations and deal-making for his company. (Being able to sense motives, the truth behind spoken word, as well as possible tricks behind these deals gives him an advantage). Toma also makes use of one of the creations his Research and Development Lab have developed for their Medical Division: Medi-gel (medical gel) is an all-purpose medicinal salve combining an anaesthetic and clotting agent. It heals various wounds and ailments, instantly sealing injuries against infection and allowing for rapid healing by having the gel grip tight to flesh until subjected to a frequency of ultrasound. It is sealable against liquids (most notably blood) as well as contaminants and gases. It has not been officially released to the public due to the number of laws it has yet to pass (due to gene modification).
He befriends the male siblings of the other Sailor Senshi. While at first he distrusted them and the Senshi in general, he grew with them, taking a stand but also paying the price as he was banned from using his powers like the others and narrowly escapes being exiled unlike his friend Michael Mizuno.

Learning Experiences: His life experiences have given him quite a cynical view of the world. Suffering from near death and in constant pain from his headaches and receiving little to no aid after the fate of his father made him quite hateful of the world.

How does Character see himself/herself? He seems himself as the only one who truly can love and understand Hotaru beyond her duties as a Sailor Senshi.

Beginning Storyline:
The CEO of Tomoe Industries and brother of Hotaru Tomoe, Toma Tomoe.
He remained in stasis after the lab accident that killed his sister nearly took his life.
After recovering, he discovers Hotaru being raised by the same ones responsible for their father's death.
Trying to bridge the gap, he and his friends are nearly exiled. He is forced to watch his sister from a distance by threat of the ones who take care of her but never forgets his oath to her and tries to live in peace.
A red haired boy, soon arises and tries to end this peace and endanger Hotaru's future. Risking exile, Toma calls forth his powers to try and protect his sister's future...

"This is a Sailor Senshi mission! A civilian like you will only get in the way! This is your last warning before I'm forced to act, Toma!"

"I regret that it comes to this, Sailor Mercury. My sister really adores you."

"You won't be able to move for a while, but you'll be okay in time. Now tell me what I want to know so I can stop their plans before it's too late."

"Please, Mercury. Time is of the essence. I'm only trying to protect those important to me. Surely a Sailor Soldier like you knows that!"

"Okay. But understand that the others will be following after you. The two you seek are located here..."

"Ha! You shall try, Saturn Knight, but you will fail! For I am whole and my powers are absolute!"
Toma Tomoe:
"Absolutely a joke you mean! Come on, Leaf! I know you're in there! We can beat him together!"
Thunder King:
"I SAID SILENCE! NOW KNEEL BEFORE THE THUNDER KING AND SUFFER HORRIBLY!"
"I'm relieved to hear that, but I still got work to do. Will you be all right on your own?"
Leaf Kino:
"I should be. Be careful, Toma. There is a red haired boy that the Thunder King was chasing but his powers are quite dangerous. And if you don't hurry, he'll bring back our old enemy, the Dark Kingdom!"
Toma Tomoe:
"The Dark Kingdom?! Thank you, Leaf! I'll hurry! Stay here and rest and if the Sailor Senshi arrive, tell them to hurry... if I can't beat this guy, I can at least stall him before he summons hell on Earth!"
Final Boss: Sethos Beryl
Sethos Beryl:
"Is this a joke?"
Toma Tomoe:
"..."
Sethos Beryl:
"This is completely absurd. You, of all people, decide to challenge me? You, Mr. Big Shot CEO built on your father's blood, sweat and tears, built on Hotaru's blood and life, and your mother's life, think you have any sort of power to challenge me? You don't have the power of death and rebirth... you're nowhere near as smart or crafty as your father. What is it that you have, you powerless rich boy? You gonna bleed on me with your chronic headaches? Are you-- argghhh!"
Toma Tomoe:
"You talk too much. My powers aren't of death and rebirth. You see, the accident left me with mental scars that I need treated everyday. And these mental scars allow me telekinesis, telepathy, and psionics. The only reason I'm going to release you now is because I'm going to prove that you fucked with the wrong Tomoe on the wrong planet."
Sethos Beryl:
"You... you... grr! Don't think that will change anything! It's over for you! Your life ends here!"
[after the battle]
Ending: "Forgiveness"
[Toma is slashing Seth with his psionic blades. As Seth goes to attack, Toma changes his strategy and changes to his psychic abilities, using telekinesis to slam Seth back into the wall again and again before Seth finally crumbles to the floor. The boy then coughs up some blood as he curses.]
Sethos Beryl:
"Damnit! How... you were supposed to be powerless... a weak, rich bastard with no skills... that your greedy corporation was causing pain to everyone..."
Toma Tomoe:
"My corporation has helped support many people in need, boy. Especially in the medical field. Is that why you're so angry? That you didn't get help when you needed it?"
Sethos Beryl:
"Hmph... my hatred for the Sailor Senshi is connected to you, you damn sellout... you helping promote Sailor Saturn and the Senshi through ad campaigns... the Sailor Senshi are a group of murderous and traitorous bitches who deserve the worst!"
[Leaf soon appears beside Toma as they peer down at the wounded Seth]
Leaf Kino:
"Murderous? Traitorous? What is he talking about, Toma?"
Toma Tomoe:
"It seems this boy is recalling events without proper context."
Leaf Kino:
"What do you mean?"
Sethos Beryl:
"Wipe that stupid look off of your face! Tell him, Toma! Tell him the Dark Kingdom took my mother in when she was betrayed by my father... after the war, the Moon Kingdom retreated to this very planet... my planet. My kingdom!"
Leaf Kino:
"Wait, your mother? Are you saying you're..."
Toma Tomoe:
"Queen Beryl is your mother... oh you poor, ignorant bastard..."
Sethos Beryl:
"Don't... don't you dare insult my mother!"
Toma Tomoe:
"Queen Beryl wasn't betrayed by your father. He simply fell in love with the Princess of the Moon while his generals fell in love with the other four Princesses of the Inner Sailor Senshi. Your mother was the traitor... her jealousy and hatred led her down the dark path to the Dark Kingdom."
Sethos Beryl:
"Wh-what?! That's not... that's not true...!"
Toma Tomoe:
"Your mother tricked you... Seth, was it? When Endymion was brainwashed, she used him so she could give birth to you and then planted those memories in your head."
Sethos Beryl:
"No! It's a lie! My mother... my mother wouldn't... she... she..."
[Seth soon breaks down into uncontrollable sobs as Leaf tries to comfort him]
Toma Tomoe:
"It seems learning the truth is going be tough. Does he have anyone to go back to?"
Leaf Kino:
"I do remember Usagi talking about a family called the Rosewoods..."
Toma Tomoe:
"I heard of them too. I was suspicious at first, but Hotaru had taken to them quite well. If you can convince Usagi to take that boy to the Rosewoods, I'll see about getting him an education and some living quarters."
Leaf Kino:
"That's... very noble of you, Toma. I'll go fill him on the details... what will you do?"
Toma Tomoe:
"..........."
Leaf Kino:
"I guess I'll tell Usagi about what you've done here. I'm sure she will lift the exile on us..."
[Leaf talks to Seth, trying to calm the him down and telling him he'll be taken care of. Toma stares at the two for a moment before walking away. The Sailor Senshi arrive from the other entrance as the scene fades out]
[Toma, while sitting in his office chair, receives word via text from Ami Mizuno that his ban are lifted and the others who were banned and exiled have been reinstated. Toma then stares at a picture of Hotaru on his desk before taking out his training sword and heading down training facility. He begins training with his blade staying focused]
Hotaru... as your brother, I can't promise to solve all your problems, but I can promise you won't have to face them alone. I will always fight for you no matter what.
