What the weather man told me
was exactly what I wanted to hear
Canceled out the fear of rain and thunder
but cloudy thoughts provoked a change in the forecast From bright lit sky's to smoke gray cries
and a blizzard of lies
demise of the rise of the biggest star
But the biggest scar
Was what the weather man told me Showed me the radar and kept the truth hidden
behind a snow blanket of ulterior motives
and demon demeanors that made me leave my umbrella at home
So I walked
Nothing over me to stop the trickles down my face and nowhere to take cover.
If the weather man has a plan for me then so be it
But I don't see it
Strorm grows stronger now
Nights are longer now
Its as if the morning gave in and lost its knight
What the weatherman told me was exactly what I needed to hear at the time.
In looking for cover I came across another rain filled face who also fell victim to the weather mans lies
When she looked at me
So did the sun
And so it begun
